Nato e cresciuto a Roma ma con alle spalle un curriculum nazionale ed internazionale, passando da ristoranti Gourmet a ristoranti Stellati * durante la sua carriera. Il destino fa sì che le strade del MODA e quelle di Francesco si incontrino in questo territorio meraviglioso che sono le Langhe, per iniziare un percorso del tutto nuovo.
